Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your wigs, you have 7 days to send it back for a return.
If the return is caused by the product quality，you will be guaranteed to get 100% refund.(If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damage to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment)
If the product has no quality problems, all costs incurred in returning it will be borne by the buyer（including any duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by local customs for any international deliveries.）
We will process your return within 7-10 business days after received the package.
* For refund, all items must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and the lace is not altered in any way, the hair has not been washed or heat styled) and in original packaging，you must return all packaging, gifts, and items that where included in the package that you received.
* Slight color difference is not a quality issue（We try to the best of our ability to match the color as close to the inspiration pictures you send us, It will not always be exact.）
* Wavy are not guaranteed to be 100% same（We try to the best of our ability to make wavy match your wigs as close to the inspiration pictures you send us, It will not always be exact.）
* Custom orders, Special Orders, Clearance Items or items that have been colored or altered in any way are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged, but accept free repair if there any quality problems
* Shipping costs are non-refundable
BTW, we will check carefully and take photos with you to confirm before delivery, based on this, we rarely encounter customers who need to return or exchange goods, so no worries.Of course if it can be sold , we recommend try to sell first, not to return or exchange directly. Returning is a loss for both of us, it will waste your time and increase our storage pressure. There is also the risk of being detained by customs. Hope you can understand.
